“People from the 60s were fucking weird, and a lot more perverted than we give them credit for. Exhibit A: “Beaver Patrol.” So grungy and sleazy, this is basically the apex of the garage rock form. Oh man, this is so juvenile, I love it. This is such a throw-away piece of shit recording, and it is still better than about 90% of anything that is playing on the radio today. Pretty sick guitar solo too. AHHH I LOVE THIS SONG SOO MUCH. BEAVER…. PATROL! I LOVE THAT BEAVER NOW! GIVE ME SOME MORE OF THAT BEAVER! Haha, sick weirdo bastards. This really should have been a TV show. Everyone would have watched. FUCK this is a great song. MAKE ME FEEL ALRIGHT. People were much more genuinely weird in days of yore. I’m sad I missed it. Obviously I cannot coherently talk about this song, so just listen to it twice and thank me later.
